An extremely exclusive & luxe fete
Most of My subjects know that I ADORE Marie Antoinette, in fact, I have a personal connection to her, and if you are a member of My BRAINWASH STATION you are already somewhat privy to this information. This is one of the quotes attributed to her which I love most of all, although stated to be inaccurate (perhaps to satiate an indignant riotous public?) I personally prefer to believe she did in fact say it, and just this blatantly.

As the story goes: “Let them eat cake“ was spoken by Marie Antoinette upon learning that the peasants had no bread. She had been throwing the most elaborate huge decadent parties, indulging in exquisite cakes & delicacies on a grand scale, her opulent fetes consuming the diminishing food supplies of France, while the common peasants were left with nothing.
When told that her serfs had no bread, she spoke the famous words:
“Qu’ils mangent de la brioche!”
Surrounded by charming cakes of glorious elaborateness, she could not understand what the problem could possibly be.. they had no bread? So let them eat cake! This quote so perfectly reflected her indulgent obliviousness to the condition of her subjects! HOW DIVINE, and totally appropriate.. and so perfectly timed as SLAVE DRONE BURT has been fasting several days this week in PENANCE for not getting $$ MORE MONEY $$ quite as fast as I DEMANDED. OH what SLOTH.. I will NOT abide it. It is completely UNACCEPTABLE!

OMG SO EXQUISITE.. and of course, everything sprinkled in edible 24kt gold ♥ Totally DIVINE!
