I was out shopping yesterday and picked up a book of Noel Coward plays, I just love this quote on the back cover:
“Languid artistocrats with a taste for martinis and a gift for repartee. Bright young things who keep their composure even when confronted with proof of their latest indiscretion. Wit as effervescent as a sip of Dom Perignon, and a sensibility that effortlessly reconciles cynicism and romance.”
I’ll probably start reading it tonite, I’m always reading 3 or so books at a time.
I also picked up the cutest Oscar Wilde cards, with quotes by Wilde & photos of him on each card, totally PRECIOUS! I LOVE Oscar Wilde. One of My favourites reads: “To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance”. Now to decide who the lucky recipients are, I just love writing paper letters to My friends!
All this reminds Me that you should most definitely follow Me on TWITTER if you want to keep up to date with what I’m up to. I post frequently on there, and it’s a lot of fun to read what I am tweeting about day to day, don’t you think? TOTALLY. Go there NOW.
Oh and I just started a new thing on twitter! When I log off I put up the featured LUXURY link for the day, so when I’m not around you have something to do! This piece is dadaist inspired, with MY distinct girly touch. Isn’t it FABULOUS?? Notice the photograph of Me as the mirror. This piece (along with 2 others) will be touring internationally for some time. The exhibit has received a LOT of very good press, there are some extremely well-known celebrities involved with it, who are promoting it heavily.
On this note, I have recently made My ART page public again, and there is a nice selection of My artwork for you to peruse. This is a GREAT honour, so don’t spoil it by getting all retarded (you know who you are) or I will make it private again. I know you people are obsessed, but seriously try to contain yourselves. I already KNOW how AMAZING I am.
I have also recently added a few things to My ABOUT page, including a photo of Me lying on My GORGEOUS antique burled walnut bed, so you should definitely go look! After reading My ART & ABOUT pages, you will no doubt feel the irresistable URGE to drop to your knees and BEG ME to take EVERYTHING.
