Thank You Princess for telling me to see Inland Empire. Even though i may not have pieced it all together, and likely never will, it made me exercise my brain in very useful ways. *smile*

hey freddy, so i saw Inland Empire myself this week. Not sure i'm up to bringing any new thoughts or insights to a discussion of the film, but i know the 3 hours passed quickly for me, i was very wrapped up in the movie, wanting to catch everything. The only thing i might change was a design flaw in the DVD, as it only allowed for subtitles in French. i was wanting to put them on in English to be sure i heard all the dialogue correctly. But i just replayed certain scenes to be sure i caught it all.

And i was totally surprised to see Masuimi at the end, i didnt realize she was in it, though in a non-speaking role. But it's funny, earlier when her character was described, i even pictured Masuimi, due to the character's ethnicity and the blonde wig description. That's how Masuimi looked in the first pics i saw. So i was shocked when it actually was her. *laugh*

I remember the original ads for Faster Pussycat Kill! Kill! so I was thrilled to finally see it when Princess told me to buy it a couple of years ago. It definately lived up to my expectations. Tura, you were fantastic in it. And I'm sure Princess is giving Johnny just as much hell as Varla would have! Great job on the painting Princess.

I watched Inland Empire yesterday and wow, tons of intriguing questions and possibilities, all intertwined. And one of the actresses is actually on Agnar's site.

Wow it is an honor to meet You Tura! i am a big fan of Yours and Faster Pussycat might be my favorite Russ Meyer film of all time!
And You played Varla so realistically i still believe She is a real person! i sure would have never messed with Her! Good luck in all Your future ventures and isn't Princess awesome!

You know i love that painting Princess, and it's SO amazing that Tura Herself got to see it and was so happy with Your work!

i have Inland Empire at the top of my netflix list. i moved it there as soon as You told me to, it was on my list already i found, but down lower. i should have it Tuesday or so, if it's available. But i have Vacancy now, so i'll be watching that tonight, like You told me to.

And You know i'm eagerly awaiting the new Halloween too, the clips i've seen, and knowing the quality of Rob Zombie's earlier movies, i know he's done an excellent job at enhancing the original, which is already a true classic. i'll be there on the 31st!

WOW! That painting is AWESOME Princess!
You are just as talented an artist as You are beautiful! i am sure Tura loved it!
Poor micro midgie johnny. i can only imagine the questions You gave him as i know how cruel You can be. And poor micro midgie matty!
Having to recite that mantra daily will definitely dehumanize him or as You say "it"
Being in abstinence, doing degrading tasks, and paying big for his inadequencies will be "it's destiny forever.
slave christopher sounds like a good loser and i am sure he clicked on another button as You ordered as soon as he read that.
i will be renting Inland Empire this week but i am really looking forward to seeing Halloween! i heard Rob on a radio interview and the movie sounds awesome! Rob is really a genius when it comes to making horror movies!
